Our customer service provides you with advice and help around RETSCH items. It is your initial contact point for all information on the following subjects:  

• price information and quotes
• lead times
• order status and tracking information

Our service staff will support with all your technical questions or concerns. No matter your instrument requires service or you would like to discuss technical issues – our factory trained technicians will be pleased to help you. They are also your first contact point for the recalibration of sieve shakers or sieves. 

• Trouble shooting over the phone
• Processing of repairs
• Recalibration of sieves and sieve shakers

Please only send us instruments and sieves after contacting us and obtaining approval;

• a completed  returned goods document must be included and the returned item securely packed (for complaints please use the original packaging).
• It is essential that the instruments are provided with their transport safety devices (see operating instructions).
